We sleep better doing business our way.
We believe everyone deserves a good education, a clean community and a great night’s sleep across North America.
Since the start of Tuft & Needle, our co-founders have intentionally made social mission and the community the heartbeat of our company. From our first small donation in 2014, Tuft & Needle’s social mission has remained a priority and grown progressively with our company.
Our mission in numbers
-
400+ Schools
Over 400 schools are raising money as part of our School Fundraising Program across North America.
-
1500+ Volunteer Hours
Since we began our mission to disrupt the industry, our employees have volunteered to donate over 1,500 hours of time across North America to help set up beds, clean bedding, provide meals, build housing, and so much more for those in need.
How we work with our community

School fundraising and events
We believe in giving back to schools so our kids can have the best future. Fundraising shouldn’t be a hassle, so we made it simple.

Nonprofit Donations
We understand the importance of a good night’s sleep. We are not a company who simply donates, but one that builds partnerships with organizations in our community that align with our brand values. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our mission of donating mattresses to those in need within our community.

Volunteer Events
We believe employee involvement is a huge part of giving back. We’ve found that it grounds employees and gives them a deeper purpose because it focuses on the impact that our individual experiences and skills can bring to other organizations. Lastly, we work really hard to have an amazing company culture that inspires us to share with the community.
“Their enthusiasm, flexibility and positive attitudes were such a breath of fresh air, and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated all their help.”
